Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking. By booking with Vu Beauté Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read our policy carefully and agree to our policy. AGE REQUIREMENTS: -Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive any treatment. -Valid photo ID is be required upon arrival at your appointment. BOOKING FEES: - A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. - No payment = no booking. - Booking fees cover administrative costs and prescription/product expenses. - The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. - Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) will result in the loss of your booking fee. A new appointment will require payment of a new booking fee. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: - You may reschedule your appointment online. - Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. - Rescheduling your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the full treatment cost. - No-shows will be charged 50% payment of the treatment. -Continuous lateness or no-shows may result in being unable to book further appointments with us. PHOTOS, VIDOES & CONSENT: - Photographs/videos are required for insurance purposes. - Consent for social media use will always be requested before any photos/videos are shared. - Consent forms must be completed before any treatment is carried out. - Please inform us if you are on any form of medication before your treatment date, as this may make you unsuitable for treatment. Failure to inform us may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the treatment cost. BEHAVIOUR POLICY: - We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is verbally or physically abusive. - Only kindness and respect are accepted at our salon. Thank you for your understanding.
